HANS Innovation Nominated for International Award

Oct. 16 - The patent pending Vision Advantage PLUS sliding tether system from HANS has been shortlisted for the 2008 Safety Innovation of the Year Award. It is one of four finalists. The award will be presented as part of November's Professional MotorSport World Expo held in Cologne, Germany.

Previous winners have been the IMPAXX energy absorbing foam used by every Sprint Cup team in NASCAR's Car of Tomorrow and the TECPRO barrier developed by the FIA Institute, DEKRA and TecPro International for Formula 1.
